CODA’s advanced statistical analysis and machine-learning capabilities are a proprietary solution for designing mutant genes and large gene libraries. CODA also incorporates sequence and structure information based on available data in assisting with computational design. Using this information, CODA can rank candidates based on selected features. We can provide the assembled library for testing in the customer’s laboratory or we can perform additional testing using our exclusive library filters.
If little or no data is available for a specific protein, CODA’s state of the art design program can identify functional sites and predict its structure. CODA utilizes its parallel computing power to run multiple projects at any given time.
